How much does a photoshoot cost?

When do I Pay?

Payment is made in two installments. The first payment (50% entire project cost) is due upfront before any studio work is done. The second payment (the remaining 50% of project cost) is due upon delivery of your final images.

How long do projects last?

We manage our workload well and are able to deliver photos quickly because of this. Project length is determined by the needs of the client. The length of the project can vary anywhere from three days to about two weeks. This will be communicated to you clearly by the photographer. If deliverables are needed faster than the proposed timeframe, this can sometimes be arranged with an additional fee.

How many images will I receive?

We currently offer three photography packages, ranging from five to fifteen images, depending on your needs. If you require more than that, please contact us for a custom quote tailored to your project.

Seriously, you are reading that right! It is unlikely that you will not like your images at the end of the project. That’s because you have a chance to see and even select the ones you like most before the final editing process (See “How Am I Included in the Creative Process?” below for more details). Still, if you feel as though we didn’t hold up our end of the bargain, you can ask for your money back in full.

How Am I Included in the creative process?

We want you to have a clear voice in how your visual assets turn out. That’s why we ask you to complete a thorough pre-shoot form, which helps us understand your vision, goals, and any specific ideas you have for the final images. Based on your input, we then create and share a mood board that outlines our proposed creative direction - this ensures we’re aligned before any studio work begins or payment is made. Once the mood board is approved, we move into production and create a comprehensive gallery of images with your preferences in mind. From there, you have the opportunity to hand-select the exact photos you’d like us to finalize with professional edits.

How many photos do I get to preview before making my final selections?

You can expect to receive an additional 5–10 images in your preview gallery beyond the number included in your selected package.
For example, if your project includes ten final images, your preview gallery will typically contain fifteen to twenty photos to choose from.

Can I purchase additional photos from the preview gallery?

Sometimes, our clients will have a difficult time selecting which photos they would like to approve for final edits. For this reason, we allow extra photos to be selected for an additional fee due with the final invoice for the project. (Example: If the project size is five photos, but there are seven photos in the preview that you would like to approve for final edits, you may add the extra two photos to the project for an additional charge).
